UK Kalender falls squarely in the middle, offering users a simple calendar that's easy to use but not totally devoid of features. We think it's a great choice for anyone who needs a flexible calendar with just the right amount of extras.The program's interface is nothing to write home about, just an assortment of menus and tool bars, with tabs containing different calendar views. The program adds a British flair with its Fortnight view, which shows two-week periods of time. Users can easily add events to the calendar, and there are plenty of event-related options; users can color-code events, set alarms, create repeating events, and even have the program open a document or run a command at the designated time. A to-do list lets users keep track of tasks, setting due dates and priority levels and marking the level of completion. UK Kalender also features a powerful search and filter feature, making it easy for users find events and tasks that they can't immediately locate. We also liked the fact that calendars can be exported as HTML or CSV files. The program comes with an HTML Help file that is surprisingly thorough; there are detailed explanations for every feature. Overall, we liked UK Kalender quite a bit; it delivers useful features without a lot of fluff, something we don't see nearly often enough.UK Kalender installs and uninstalls without issues.
