Imagistik Scan has some nice features, such as a simulated scan preview and duplex scanning. However, the conversion of TIFF files into PDF isn't customizable at all; you simply save the file in PDF format. The program also lets you rotate your document, but only at right angles. Using the thumbnails panel on the right side of the screen is somewhat confusing. If you need to share a lot of scanned documents, though, Imagistik Scan's PDF abilities might meet your needs.
