Health and Safety Manager Personal Edition includes a sample database in its installed file location. There you'll get an idea of how to input your records, although the well-designed interface pretty much makes it foolproof. The application easily keeps track of personnel information, risk and site assessments, electrical-equipment lists, and previously conducted tests. You can maintain accident reports and record known hazards and existing permits, as well as receive reminders from the system tray of upcoming reviews. All the lists and reports created can be saved and printed, although PDF format wasn't available. Safety managers and the like will appreciate this software's well-thought-out design for merging and maintaining every aspect of company safety.
