The calendar display looks a bit amateurish, but you can select multiple calendar views. Entry of events is straightforward, with a clunky pop-up window allowing for multiple items to be created and set in a variety of reoccurring patterns. You can't edit calendar items simply by clicking them, something we would have liked to see. Days can be grayed-out to distinguish them. A number of printing options are available and the calendar can be saved as a graphic. Moon cycles and holidays can be displayed, and a useful almanac feature shows the sunrise and sunset each day. Those who are looking for a simple calendar should consider Calendar 200X on their short lists.
