The reliable YearPlanner resembles Microsoft Outlook's Calendar in design and function. You can create spreadsheets to look at long-term plans, from groupings of three months to a whole year on screen. A zoom function helps you read the very small print. During testing we were able to set reoccurring events by week, month, or year without trouble, as well as set reminders for events starting from two weeks ahead to five minutes prior. Events also can be sorted by category, for example, birthdays or business travel. Overall, it's a good planner for a busy person who needs help keeping track of near- and long-term projects.
