Image Cropper is one of the former, with a feature list that is exactly two items long. Still, if you're looking for a no-frills way to crop and rotate images--and do absolutely nothing else--it works just fine.Image Cropper's interface is plain and intuitive, and we were amused to see that it comes with various skins that give it the look of different versions of Microsoft Office. This seemed like a surprising amount of customization for such a basic program, but we suppose it is a nice touch. Actually using the program is a piece of cake. Open a file, crop it, print it or save it, the end. You can also rotate files to both the right and left. And that's it. Unlike many basic image editors, there are no utilities for resizing images, adjusting color, adding special effects, or converting among file formats. Image Cropper truly is a program for users who need a quick way to crop images and are interested in doing absolutely nothing else with them. The program does not come with a Help file, but we can't say that we blame it; there's really nothing to explain. Overall, Image Cropper works just fine, but its limited features are likely to be a drawback for many users.Image Cropper is accessible immediately with no installation.
