The program is compact and extremely easy to use, but it also offers some handy customization features.The program's interface is not particularly attractive, but it's easy enough to navigate. Clicking on the Add button allows users to select the video or videos they'd like to convert. Users then select a destination folder and choose from five formats, including 3GP, 3G2, and MP4. There are other adjustable settings, such as video size, bitrate, and frame rate, but these also work well when left at the default settings. Once you've selected your output options, you simply click Convert, and Speedy 3GP goes to work, quickly converting the files to your desired format. That's really the extent of the program's functions; the only other feature it offers is the capability to have it shut down your computer once the conversion is complete, which is nice if you're converting a large batch of files and don't want to wait around for them to finish. The built-in Help file is quite brief but adequate. We've seen similar programs that offer more features and options, but for a basic 3GP converter, Speedy 3GP is a nice, lightweight choice.Speedy 3GP Video Converter is free to try, but the trial version is limited to 10 video conversions. The application installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users.
